Sporting target completes move to West Ham

Lucas Perez will be a West Ham player this season, despite interest from Sporting CP.

 Sporting were keen to strengthen their squad in time for the new season, with forward Seydou Doumbia likely to be on his way out of the club, while they have also already lost Gelson Martins to Atletico Madrid.

Perez had been made available by Arsenal under new boss Unai Emery, but the player has ultimately moved to West Ham instead.
