Jorge Mendes is abroad currently negotiating a move for João Felix overseas
Jorge Mendes, agent of João Felix, has been invited by a foreign club to begin negotiating the departure of João Felix.
Having watched Juventus beat Udinese 4-1 yesterday (Friday 8th), he has since begun discussions about the availability of 19-year old João Felix.
According to Italian outlet Calciomercato, Mendes' presence at the game was more than just an invitation to watch the match, and he is going to open up negotiations with Juventus regarding his client.
The 19-year old has been in superb form this season and has attracted interest from clubs across the continent.
Juventus are therefore interested to know how much money it will take to tempt João Felix away from his boyhood club. Jorge Mendes has stressed that while the 120 million euro valuation is only marginally negotiable, with Benfica not looking to sell their star youngster in the summer.
Juventus may have to act quickly, with Benfica looking to increase Felix's release clause to 200 million euros.
Felix currently has 11 goals and 6 assists this season in just 29 outings.
