Boavista in advanced negotiations to sign American star Reggie Cannon
Boavista are closing in on the signing of United States international right back Reggie Cannon from Major League Soccer outfit FC Dallas, according to MLSsoccer.
The 22-year old has already represented his country 11 times at senior level, having made his debut in a friendly meeting with Peru back in 2018.
This season, he has already played the entirety of each of Dallas’ five MLS matches, having played 29 games for his side in the 2019 campaign.
Boavista have made some significant moves in the transfer market so far, recruiting former Benfica and Manchester City star Javi Garcia, Manchester United youngster Angel Gomes on loan from LOSC, highly rated Honduras striker Jorge Benguche, and promising Mexican defender Alejandro Gomez.
