Andre Silva scores stoppage time goal to give AC Milan victory over La Liga giants Barcelona
Andre Silva scored a goal in the 92nd-minute of the International Champions Cup to give AC Milan an impressive 1-0 victory over Barcelona.
Silva, 22, went with Portugal to the World Cup last month, but failed to find the back of the net in any of his appearances.
He has since been linked with a move away from Milan - having endured a very frustrating league campaign last season - and the arrival of Gonzalo Higuain makes him an increasingly likely departure.
However, having scored an instinctive, powerful strike late on in the match against Barcelona, he has done his future prospects no harm and could have taken steps to regaining a place in manager Gennaro Gattuso's plans.
It has been reported that Jorge Mendes has been touting his client to other clubs in an attempt to ramp up interest in the striker, who will be seeking increased game time next season, although his eventual destination remains unknown.
