Bruno Fernandes' start at Manchester United earns another 10 million euros for Sporting
Sporting CP are set to receive another 10 million euros from Manchester United for the transfer of Bruno Fernandes.
It comes after Fernandes completed some of the set objectives that were part of the agreement that took Fernandes from Lisbon to Manchester.
United paid 55 million euros up front for Bruno Fernandes, but that fee has the potential to rise to around 80 million euros should Fernandes complete every objective put in place.
And it has already risen to 65 million euros, with Manchester United having to pay Sporting an extra 5 million euros for qualifying for the UEFA Champions League by finishing in 3rd place in the Premier League standings, while his match against Leicester City on the final day of the season was his 20th match in a Manchester United shirt, meaning they had to pay an additional 5 million euros to Sporting.
Fernandes has made a stunning start to his career in England, having already scored 10 goals and chipped in with 8 assists since arriving at Old Trafford.
Fernandes 25, has represented his country on 19 occasions, scoring 2 goals for the senior national team in the process.
