Final twist in the Portuguese market with Quina on the move
Domingos Quina is on the brink of swapping West Ham for Watford as the transfer window comes to a close.
Despite the transfer window in England coming to an end at 17:00, some deals where negotiations began before the deadline can still be concluded in time for the new season, and Quina is one man that is involved in such a scenario.
The 18-year old, who became a European Champion just last month having helped Portugal go all the way at the U19 Euros, had been linked with Barcelona after impressing for Portugal's youth team, but Watford are the side set to capture the Portuguese youngster.
The deal presents great value for money, with negotiations currently thought to be valuing the teenage midfielder at £1.5million.
Quina, who has been at West Ham since 2016, has not yet played a league match for the London-based club, and will be hoping to have a more significant impact at Marco Silva's former club.
